Been finding some more great music, too! Country, of course. that't only the best genre in the world!!!
So, I guess if I had to chose my favorite artists in order right now, it would be:
1. Carrie Underwood
2. Brad Paisley
3. Leann Rimes
4. Shania Twain
5. Miranda Lambert
6. Zac Brown Band
7. Kenny Chesney
8. Alan Jackson
9. The Eagles
10. (getting out of Country, here) The Black Keys
Woot!! If anybody ever reads this, I recommend every single one of those. They're all clean music! okay, besides mentioning alcohol, and sex, but it's country music... and the Black Keys! But they're good, too. And go check out Brad Paisley. not just his voice, I mean the man is beautiful.
Check out these songs too: (you dont even have to like country to like these... mostly)
1. Remind Me -Brad Paisley ft. Carrie Underwood <3
2. I Will Follow You Into the Dark -Death Cab for Cutie
3. You and Tequila -Kenny Chesney ft. Grace Potter
4. Mud on the Tires -Brad Paisley (it's a really fun song)
5. Blue -Leann Rimes
6. Forever and For Always -Shania Twain (has been a favorite since I was a baby child ;) lol)
7. That Song in My Head -Julianne Hough
8. Down In Mississippi -Sugarland
9. I Aint In Checotah Anymore -Carrie Underwood
10. White Liar -Miranda Lambert
...oh my gosh. I could name SO many more.
Well, anyway, next week, My Sister and I are taking a roadtrip to Provo to see my Aunt and cousins :) My Aunt is really excited. She called me today, which she never does!
Totally unrelated:
Transfers were today for the missionaries. Pretty bummed, because I was like 'Great. now we're gonna have Elders.' But Sister Johansen's staying :) lol.
I'm not sure if I like having Elders. I always catch myself flirting with them. I don't mean to! But they're good looking, clean-cut, nice, young men. Plus, they're a little older than me (3 years), so thats probably why. Even my Aunt Sue, who's in her 50's, was flirting with the Elders at my baptism! Oh my goodness, haha. She still talks about it, too.
"Those young missionary boys were SO cute! Will you have one of them when you're older?"
...yes.
Tomorrow, I have my DMV test (for my permit). I know! I'm late! Like a year, whatever I live across the street from school.
I'm going to need my license for seminary next year, though. Nobody is going to drive me to church at 5 in the morning.
Alright, goodnight! Wish me luck tomorrow!!!
pictures i took in Utah...
